Bob Morgan, Ph.D. is a Research Associate Professor who has served on the faculty of the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at Utah State University since 1991. He has worked in disabilities for 23 years and has published seven books, one book chapter, and over 40 journal articles. Dr. Morgan has 14 years of direct service experience with children, youth, and adults with disabilities. He continues to consult with service programs on a national level. Dr. Morgan started TRI-SPED in 1995.
